CAMPSITE.
This year, once again, visitors of the festival “Days of Live Archaeology in Kernavė” are offered the opportunity to stay at a temporary campsite!
Those who purchase a three-day ticket will be able to additionally buy a tent pitch in a specially designated camping area, which will be set up near the Lizdeika Hillfort. It’s a great opportunity to experience the festival from morning until evening, immerse yourself in living history, and enjoy the surrounding natural atmosphere.
At the campsite, visitors will find washing facilities, toilets, and a parking space for their car.
Tent spots are limited, so make sure to secure your camping ticket in advance!
Tent Camp near Lizdeika Hill
We invite you to stay at a cozy tent camp located next to the impressive Lizdeika Hill – a perfect opportunity to immerse yourself even deeper in the historical atmosphere.
Arrival and Parking
You will be able to drive up close to the camp for a short time to unload your belongings. After that, cars must be moved to the designated parking area.
Please note: vehicles are not allowed to enter the tent area itself.
Shared Campfire
There will be one shared campfire in the camp area, where everyone is welcome to gather in the evenings.
Lighting personal fires is not permitted.
Facilities
The campsite is equipped with:
– showers,
– washbasins,
– toilets – everything you need to stay comfortable after a long day.
Important
Visitors are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings. Please do not leave valuables unattended.
Check-In Upon Arrival
Upon arrival at the campsite, your tickets will be scanned. Volunteers will guide you to your camping spot, explain where everything is located, and hand out event wristbands for all registered visitors.
Campsite Information:
⚠️ A tent pitch can only be purchased together with a three-day ticket. The campsite is intended for tents only; campervans will not be allowed into the visitor camping area.
For one tent, you’ll need:
- One 3-day ticket + tent spot
- Each additional person must have a 3-day ticket (no need to buy another tent spot)
