We invite media representatives to join the festival and help share the experience of living history! To work at the event as a journalist, photographer, videographer, or content creator, accreditation is required.
What does accreditation provide?
- Access to the festival grounds
- Permission to photograph festival activities, reenactors, and visitors
- Permission to film with professional equipment (subject to prior approval by the organizers)
- Opportunity to conduct interviews (by prior arrangement only)
- Access to the latest information from the organizers
- Permission to publish created content in print media, online publications, or social media
How to apply?
- Complete the Festival Accreditation Application Form by 3 July
- Approved media representatives will be notified individually
- The organizers reserve the right to approve or decline applications at their discretion
Important Information
- Media representatives are responsible for the safety and security of their own equipment
- Accredited persons must comply with all festival rules; failure to do so may result in accreditation being revoked
- Photography and filming are permitted throughout the festival, except in specially designated restricted areas or upon request of participants
- Please respect visitors' privacy and avoid disrupting the festival atmosphere
- Festival organizers may use your published materials or visual content for promotional and informational purposes, with proper credit given to the author and source
- Within two weeks after the event, we kindly ask you to share your photographs, video footage, or published articles with the organizers
